  • Responsible for handling queries of customer through inbound calls
  • Ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer queries / grievances.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Identify customers needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
  • Executing trades on behalf of customer
  • Have a good positive attitude-should be committed to the work
  • Cross Sales

Technical Skills:

  • NISM VIII/NISM 8 certification is mandatory
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills in English is mandatory
  • Good knowledge of financial market
  • Should have Laptop/PC along with good Internet Connection
  • Immediate joiner
